Merger and Acquisition Assistance

Executive Search
Oftentimes, clients find themselves with a sudden and unexpected need to replace an outstanding executive or fill a critical, newly created position. Sherb & Co., LLP has been active in assisting many clients in their search for these critical employees. Our approach in this area is to carefully evaluate the client's needs and attract and procure the right person for the position through contacts we maintain with other accounting firms and the financial community at large. While this service area is not at the core of our firm's mission, we nonetheless offer this service as a courtesy to our clients in need.
