SEC Compliance

As required by SEC rules regulating auditors who assist publicly traded companies, Sherb & Co., LLP is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and performs audits of publicly-held companies in accordance with guidelines established by the SEC and the PCAOB.

Companies subject to SEC reporting have to comply with a tremendous amount of complex regulations and numerous unpublished administrative positions. As the audit firm for more than 90 publicly traded companies, Sherb & Co., LLP has extensive experience in assisting businesses with their initial SEC filings and guiding them through the complex process of becoming a fully reportable and actively traded public company.
